一、学校开设饮食教育课程

据了解，该学校开设了饮食教育课程《食话食说》，同学们的确涮着火锅就能修学分。“不仅火锅，麻婆豆腐、红烧肉、糖醋排骨这些菜都能修学分。”老师介绍，目前这门公修课程很火爆，虽然已经停止选课，仍有不少学生前来询问是否能加入进来或者旁听。

二、课程内容和考试成绩

In 8 weeks, the students not only learned the theoretical knowledge of Sichuan cuisine, but also learned to cook classic recipes such as Mapo tofu, Shuizhu pork, Yuxiang loaf cake and twice-cooked pork under the guidance of the teacher.

据了解，这门课程一共2个学分，共32个学时，每次4个学时。在8周的时间里，同学们不仅能学到川菜文化的理论知识，还能在老师的指导下学习制作麻婆豆腐、水煮肉片、鱼香茄饼、回锅肉等经典菜肴。

How to evaluate students' work? For this topic, Teacher Yu introduced that the students’ course performance consists of three parts, consist of 20% usual performance, 40% experience gained, and 40% food display. 

如何给学生的作品打分？对于这个大家关注的话题，余洋洲老师介绍，同学们的课程成绩由三部分组成，平时成绩20%、心得体会40%、产品展示40%。

三、学生上这门课的感受

来自大二材料科学与工程的贺鑫源，在上一周制作麻婆豆腐的过程中，因尝试了三次才制作成功被身边同学记住。提前这件事，他有点不好意思地笑了,“上周我第一次把豆瓣酱炒糊了，第二次水倒多了，第三次才勉强过关。”

四、高校“网红”课程多
