一、亚马逊正在洽谈买下《三体》版权

In a report of the "Financial Times" yesterday, insider said that Amazon is in negotiations at present. 

在《金融时报》昨日的一篇报道中，知情人士表示，目前亚马逊正在洽谈。

It is possible to buy the copyright of the "Three-Body" and use it for the production of the 3rd season original TV drama with a special fund of US$1 billion. The copyright of Trisody is in the hands of the YouZu Pictures.

有可能将以 10 亿美元专款买下《三体》版权和用于制作 3 季原创电视剧。目前，《三体》的版权在游族影业手上。

Last year, Amazon publicly stated that wanted to adjust the general direction of content production. From the original excavation of "The Manchester of the Sea" to such an excellent stand-alone work to produce a big production that can attract the public, like the "Game of Power".

1. As the book description tells us, we are not alone in the universe. Of course, we have perhaps believed this for a long time, but in this novel, we now have a specific counterpart. The book description doesn't tell a lot about what led to this confirmation or what took place next. That's why we need to read the book. 

如同本书的简介，宇宙中我们并非孤单。当然我们或许已接受这个概念很久了，但在本作中，我们有了确定的对象。简介并没有给出很多信息，比方说是如何确定外星人的存在或是接下来会发生什么，不然就不用阅读本书了。

2.The author goes to unbelievable lengths to set up the details involved in going from looking for life to deciding what to do next, or wonder if we have a choice.

作者花了不可思议长的篇幅来构架剧情走向的细节，从寻找生命到何去何从，抑或是否还能抉择。

3.If you have little or no interest in science, then this would probably not be for you. If you like your science fiction with a heavier than average dose of science, then you should be comfortable reading this. However, a deep familiarity with science is not required to enjoy this story. I read this in far less time than I had anticipated. And, I liked it a lot. I'm sure I'll grab the other parts when they are issued.

如果你对科学没什么兴趣，本书也许不适合你；如果你喜欢科学含量超标的科幻小说，你肯定会享受阅读本书。而且，欣赏本书无需对科学的深度了解。阅读本书花的时间比我预期的要少的多。我很喜欢本书，肯定会在另外两本出版的时候购买。

4.When I read the last of the nearly 400 pages of The Three-Body Problem, I immediately wanted more. And thankfully English translations of the other two volumes of the Three Body trilogy (tentatively titled The Dark Forest and Death's End) are in the works.

5.Cixin Liu writes with great intelligence, wisdom, heart, insight into the human condition, and humor. And Ken Liu's translation from Chinese to English flows so smoothly that at no point did I feel that I was reading a translated novel.

刘慈欣以宽广的知识、智慧、用心、对人类的洞察、以及幽默著成此作。译者刘肯的中译英如此流畅，我一点都没觉得是在读一本译作。
