1.full of 

表示“充满……”，强调的是“充满”的状态。

2.filled with

和full of 同义，但是更强调“充满”的动作。

eg: He filled the bottle with water.

他把瓶里装满了水。 

3.full up with

跟full of 同义，区别在于full up with更多地用于口语。
